1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

แอปพลิเคชัน STM ERS (Emergency Response System) และเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง พัฒนาและดำเนินการโดย Siam Toyota Manufacturing ("บริษัท") ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แอปพลิเคชันนี้มีไว้ใช้งานสำหรับพนักงานของบริษัทเท่านั้น

2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวม

2.1 ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมผ่านแอปพลิเคชันมือถือ

ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location): พิกัด GPS ของอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการเก็บในขณะที่แอปทำงานเบื้องหลัง (ดูรายละเอียดในข้อ 3)
ข้อมูลระบุตัวตน: รหัสพนักงาน, ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ไทย/อังกฤษ), ตำแหน่ง, สังกัด (บริษัท/ฝ่าย/แผนก/หน่วยงาน)
ข้อมูลติดต่อ: อีเมล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์
ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: รหัสพนักงานและรหัสผ่านที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ
ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์และการแจ้งเตือน: Firebase Cloud Messaging token สำหรับส่งการแจ้งเตือน

2.2 ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บในระบบของบริษัท (ไม่ได้เก็บผ่านแอปมือถือ)

เลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อกรณีฉุกเฉิน — นำเข้าจากระบบทะเบียนพนักงานของบริษัท ใช้เพื่อการยืนยันตัวตนและการตรวจสอบยอดพนักงานในเหตุฉุกเฉิน
รูปโปรไฟล์พนักงาน และรูปภาพจุดรวมพล — จัดการผ่านระบบเว็บโดยผู้ดูแลระบบ
สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบและกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน

แอปพลิเคชันมือถือไม่มีการเข้าถึงกล้อง คลังรูปภาพ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ไมโครโฟน หรือไฟล์ในเครื่องของท่าน

3. ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งและการทำงานเบื้องหลัง

แอปพลิเคชัน STM ERS เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (GPS) ของท่าน แม้ในขณะที่ท่านปิดแอปพลิเคชันหรือไม่ได้เปิดใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน (background location) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้

บันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงานโดยอัตโนมัติ เมื่อท่านเข้าหรือออกจากพื้นที่ทำงานที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ (geofence)
ระบุตำแหน่งและติดตามความปลอดภัยของท่านเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินภายในโรงงาน

ก่อนที่แอปพลิเคชันจะขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง แอปจะแสดงคำอธิบายการเก็บข้อมูลนี้ และท่านต้องกดยอมรับด้วยตนเองก่อนเสมอ ท่านสามารถเลือกไม่ยอมรับได้ และสามารถเพิกถอนสิทธิ์นี้ได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านการตั้งค่าของอุปกรณ์ (ดูข้อ 9)

ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ส่งออกจากอุปกรณ์ของท่านมี 2 กรณีเท่านั้น ได้แก่

การทำงานเบื้องหลังอัตโนมัติ: ระบบส่งเฉพาะเหตุการณ์เข้า/ออกพื้นที่ทำงาน พร้อมรหัสพนักงาน ไม่ได้ส่งพิกัดหรือประวัติเส้นทางการเดินทางของท่าน
กรณีที่ท่านกดแชร์เอง: เมื่อท่านเลือกแชร์ตำแหน่งในระบบแชทฉุกเฉิน หรือระบุตำแหน่งของท่านบนแผนที่ในการรายงานตัวช่วงเหตุฉุกเฉิน ระบบจะส่งพิกัดที่แม่นยำของท่าน ณ ขณะนั้น ไปยังระบบของบริษัท เพื่อให้ทีมตอบโต้เหตุฉุกเฉินเข้าช่วยเหลือท่านได้ การส่งข้อมูลนี้เกิดขึ้นเมื่อท่านสั่งเท่านั้น

4. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูล

เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานระบบ
เพื่อบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงานโดยอัตโนมัติผ่าน geofence
เพื่อการตอบโต้และบริหารจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน รวมถึงการตรวจสอบยอดและติดตามความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน
เพื่อส่งการแจ้งเตือนที่จำเป็น โดยเฉพาะการแจ้งเตือนเหตุฉุกเฉิน
เพื่อการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรผ่านระบบแชท/ประกาศ

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม

บริษัทอาจส่งหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านร่วมกับผู้ให้บริการดังนี้

ระบบยืนยันตัวตนกลาง (SSO) ภายในของบริษัทเอง — สำหรับตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — สำหรับการส่งการแจ้งเตือนไปยังอุปกรณ์ของท่าน โดยส่งเฉพาะ device token และเนื้อหาการแจ้งเตือนเท่านั้น ไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งให้ Google

บริษัทจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอกอื่น เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน หรือเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

6. สิ่งที่บริษัทไม่ทำกับข้อมูลของท่าน

ไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บุคคลใด
ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการตลาด
ไม่มีการเก็บรหัสโฆษณา (Advertising ID) และไม่มีการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้ใช้ (analytics) หรือเครื่องมือรายงานข้อขัดข้อง (crash reporting) ของบุคคลที่สาม

7. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตลอดระยะเวลาที่ท่านมีสถานะเป็นพนักงานของบริษัท เมื่อท่านพ้นสภาพการเป็นพนักงาน บริษัทจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ เว้นแต่มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาต่อไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

ข้อมูล Firebase token จะถูกลบออกจากระบบทันทีเมื่อท่านออกจากระบบ (logout) และข้อมูลตำแหน่งจะหยุดเก็บทันทีเมื่อท่านปิดการอนุญาตหรือปิดฟังก์ชัน geofence ในแอป

8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอให้ลบ ขอให้ระงับการใช้ หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด โดยติดต่อฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR) หรือฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT) ของบริษัท หรือติดต่อตามช่องทางในข้อ 11

9. การเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง

ท่านสามารถปิดการเก็บข้อมูลตำแหน่งได้ตลอดเวลา โดยปิดสวิตช์ในหน้าแรกของแอปพลิเคชัน หรือเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ผ่านการตั้งค่าของอุปกรณ์ (Android: การตั้งค่า > แอป > STM ERS > สิทธิ์ > ตำแหน่ง / iOS: การตั้งค่า > STM ERS > ตำแหน่ง) ทั้งนี้การปิดสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวจะทำให้ระบบไม่สามารถบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงานอัตโนมัติ และไม่สามารถระบุตำแหน่งของท่านในกรณีฉุกเฉินได้

10. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

รับส่งข้อมูลระหว่างแอปพลิเคชันและระบบของบริษัทผ่านช่องทางที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS/TLS)
จัดเก็บรหัสผ่านในฐานข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ผ่านการเข้ารหัสแบบทางเดียว (hashed with salt)
จัดเก็บ token การเข้าสู่ระบบบนอุปกรณ์ผ่านพื้นที่จัดเก็บที่ปลอดภัยของระบบปฏิบัติการ (Keychain / Keystore)
จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามบทบาทหน้าที่ (role-based access control)

Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

The STM ERS (Emergency Response System) mobile application and its related web application are developed and operated by Siam Toyota Manufacturing (the "Company") as the data controller. This application is intended solely for use by employees of the Company.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Data collected through the mobile application

Location data: the device's GPS coordinates, including while the app runs in the background (see section 3)
Identity data: employee ID, Thai/English full name, position, and organizational assignment (company/division/department/unit)
Contact data: email address and phone number
Account data: the employee ID and password used to sign in
Device and notification identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to deliver notifications
Attendance data: clock-in/out timestamps generated when you enter or leave a work area
Sensitive data: the safety status ("safe"/"injured") you report during an emergency, and the assembly point at which you report yourself
Communications: messages you send in the emergency chat/broadcast system

2.2 Data held in the Company's systems (not collected via the mobile app)

National ID card number and emergency contact details — imported from the Company's employee records, used for identity verification and headcount during emergencies
Employee profile pictures and assembly point photos — managed through the web system by administrators
System access permissions and user group assignments

The mobile application does not access your camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, or files.

3. Location Data and Background Collection

The STM ERS application collects your location (GPS) data even when the app is closed or not in use (background location), for the following purposes:

To automatically record your clock-in and clock-out times when you enter or leave the work areas designated by the Company (geofence)
To locate you and track your safety during an emergency at the facility

Before the application requests location permission, it displays a disclosure describing this collection, and you must affirmatively accept it. You may decline, and you may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings (see section 9).

Location data leaves your device in only two cases:

Automatic background operation: only work-area entry/exit events together with your employee ID are transmitted. Your coordinates and movement history are not sent.
When you choose to share: when you share your location in the emergency chat, or mark your position on the map when reporting yourself during an emergency, your precise coordinates at that moment are sent to the Company's system so that the emergency response team can reach you. This happens only when you initiate it.

4. Purpose of Collection and Use

To authenticate you and control access to the system
To automatically record attendance (clock-in/out) via geofencing
To respond to and manage emergency situations, including headcount and employee safety tracking
To deliver necessary notifications, in particular emergency alerts
For internal communication via the chat/broadcast system

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company may share or process your data with the following service providers:

The Company's own internal centralized identity (SSO) system — to verify sign-in credentials
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) — to deliver notifications to your device. Only the device token and the notification content are sent; no location data is shared with Google

The Company will not disclose your personal data to any other third party except with your consent or as required by law.

6. What We Do Not Do With Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing
We do not collect an Advertising ID, and we do not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools

7. Data Retention and Deletion

The Company retains your personal data for as long as you remain an employee of the Company. After your employment ends, the Company will delete or anonymise your personal data within unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Firebase token is removed from our systems as soon as you sign out, and location collection stops immediately when you revoke the permission or turn off the geofence feature in the app.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict the use of, or object to the processing of your personal data as permitted by law, by contacting the Company's Human Resources (HR) or Information Technology (IT) department, or via the contact details in section 11.

9. Revoking Location Access

You can stop location collection at any time by turning off the switch on the app's home screen, or by revoking the permission in your device settings (Android: Settings > Apps > STM ERS > Permissions > Location / iOS: Settings > STM ERS > Location). Note that doing so will prevent the system from recording your attendance automatically and from locating you during an emergency.

10. Security Measures

Data is transmitted between the application and the Company's systems over an encrypted channel (HTTPS/TLS)
Passwords are stored in the database using one-way hashing with a salt
Authentication tokens are stored on the device using the operating system's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore)
Access to data is restricted by role-based access control
